Welcome to our website
I have been a visual person since birth and photo obsessed for most of my adult life. To me, the arts are what make us human. My mom was a painter, stained glass artist, and founding artist of the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, VA. My grandfather was a cellist who played with numerous orchestras, including the Boston Symphony. My siblings are really good photographers! While teaching, I brought photography to kids through multiple grants, wrote curricula that infused photography into literacy programs, and presented to teachers on how to employ photography for various purposes. Now that I am fully retired, I am exploring the world with my camera full-time. I am blessed to live on five acres with nature all around, and during a pandemic, it has provided endless inspiration.
